BLZN Works is the trading brand of Blue Horizen Technology, a company in Armenia, which supplies and licenses Invoice Match Guard. Contact the supplier at https://blznworks.com/contact. These terms apply to purchases of Invoice Match Guard made through the checkout on https://blznworks.com.
The offer is one payment of USD 29 for permanent online access to the full version of Invoice Match Guard 1, currently 1.0.0, including later 1.x releases made available in the hosted service. It is not a subscription. Paddle calculates the final payable amount and applicable tax for your location and displays that amount before payment. The checkout amount, currency, product version and policy version form the purchase record. There is no promise of future major versions, future features or bespoke work.
Paddle acts as merchant of record for transactions processed through its checkout and provides the payment receipt and its buyer terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms. BLZN Works supplies the software and product support. These product terms supplement the purchase terms and do not override Paddle's obligations or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
After the server verifies the completed payment, the full version opens in the browser used for checkout, and the payer's checkout email receives a single-use sign-in link, normally valid for 15 minutes, for other browsers. Each browser sign-in lasts up to 90 days; request a new link on the checkout page at any time. No account or password is required. A payment callback, screenshot or return-page message alone does not establish a completed purchase.
The product is the hosted full version of Invoice Match Guard at https://blznworks.com/app/invoice-match-guard/, used in a current Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari browser with JavaScript and WebAssembly. Supported CSV/XLSX files are processed inside the browser tab and are not uploaded. The free demo accepts up to 20 data rows per whole file and creates no report downloads. The full version accepts up to 10,000 rows per file and exports CSV and PDF discrepancy reports within the documented limits, including a 200-page PDF limit.
Invoice Match Guard compares one purchase order and its corresponding supplier invoice using exact, case-sensitive unique item identifiers, quantities, unit prices and explicit net line totals. Duplicate, ambiguous and unsupported input is flagged instead of guessed. One currency is selected explicitly; text decimal separators and per-line rounding are documented in the guide. There is no tax or discount inference, currency conversion, PDF intake, OCR, accounting integration, receiving verification or automated payment. Reports are advisory review documents, not accounting decisions or payment approval. Preserve the originals and verify discrepancies before acting.
Product support covers access, setup and reproducible defects in the purchased version for 30 calendar days after purchase through https://blznworks.com/contact?topic=product. Support is handled by the supplier; no response-time guarantee or continuous monitoring is promised. Manual bookkeeping, vendor dispute handling, accounting advice, third-party configuration and custom development are outside the included service. Report problems using a synthetic reproduction without sending confidential invoices, purchase orders, credentials or payment card information.
Use the application only with documents and data you are authorized to process. You keep ownership of your input files and generated reports. The software does not guarantee a particular commercial outcome or universal compatibility with every spreadsheet exporter or future format change. Supported layouts, precision and input/report limits are stated in the product guide. These limits do not remove statutory conformity, repair, refund or other mandatory consumer rights. No blanket exclusion of liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded is intended.
If a payment is refunded or reversed, the purchase entitlement, online access and license end. Access can be held while a pending refund, partial refund, dispute or inconsistent provider state is reviewed. Files you generated with the tool remain yours.
The policy version accepted at checkout governs that purchase. Later policy revisions do not retroactively remove accrued rights. Raise product or privacy concerns through the contact form and payment or refund concerns through the options in the receipt or https://paddle.net. Applicable mandatory consumer protections and access to competent courts remain available.
Product license
Subject to verified payment and these terms, the license is non-exclusive, for one purchasing person or legal entity, to use the hosted full version 1 (1.x). Its employees and contractors may use it for that entity's own work, including client documents it is authorized to process. There is no per-file, per-device or per-client usage charge in this offer. An Invoice Match Guard purchase does not unlock Supplier Update Guard or another BLZN Works product.
Access to version 1 (1.x) is permanent for the purchaser unless the purchase is refunded or the license is lawfully terminated for material breach. It does not include later major versions (2.0 and later), and it does not guarantee compatibility with future browser or spreadsheet-format changes.
The purchase includes later 1.x releases made available in the hosted service. No new major version or additional product is included as an entitlement. Statutory obligations concerning the purchased software remain unaffected.
Do not resell, sublicense or share sign-in links or access outside the licensed entity, copy or redistribute the application, or present it as your own product or as a service for unrelated users without separate written permission. These restrictions do not override permissions required by law or the separate notices and licenses of included third-party components.
The application runs in your browser, so its code reaches your device. The commercial license and verified access govern authorized use; they are not a claim of tamper-proof technical protection.
